Meat rendang is beef rendang sliced into squares cooked with rendang spices until soft and dark brown. It has a salty, spicy flavour and an oily, seasoned texture. It is packed in aluminium foil retort packaging and is a full-colour box. Its net weight is 250 gr per piece or about five pieces of meat.
