Egg Rendang is made from egg dough that is thinly omeletted, cut into small pieces, fried, and then cooked with rendang spices until brownish in colour. It has a distinctive aroma of rendang, a crunchy texture, and a medium spicy and salty taste. It has a shelf life of approximately 24 months at room temperature.
